Brisket Taco

Brisket Taco

It’s always a good day when your mother cooks a brisket and gives you leftovers. Recently, I found myself in this fortunate position, armed with a Ziploc bag full of tender, flavorful brisket. With a surplus of this meat on hand, I decided to get creative one evening and crafted some mouthwatering brisket tacos.

Let me tell you, the combination of juicy brisket, warm tortillas, and simple toppings was absolutely delicious. I added some fresh spinach for crunch, a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle of Kraft shredded cheese for extra flavor, and a drizzle of salsa Verde for a bit of zest.

What I love most about brisket tacos is their simplicity. You don’t need a lot of fancy ingredients to make them taste amazing. Just some leftover brisket and a few basic toppings are all you need to create a satisfying meal that’s perfect for any occasion.

So, the next time you find yourself with some leftover brisket, consider making brisket tacos. They’re easy to make, delicious, and a great way to use up leftovers in a creative and tasty way. If you don’t happen to have brisket, pork or beef roast make an excellent choice.

Leave in the comments what toppings you think would be good with brisket tacos.
