Shrimp Alfredo
Today I’m featuring a delicious shrimp alfredo that is under
$20, simple to make, and will leave you with leftovers. All it takes is boiling
some fettuccine pasta, sauteing shrimp, and adding Rao’s Alfredo sauce. I will
go into more detail later, but that’s the idea of it. This meal is just perfect:
when you combine the sauce and shrimp with the noodles, it makes every bite enjoyable.
What you will need:
Nature’s Promise Shrimp
Fettuccine Pasta
Rao’s Alfredo Sauce
Butter
Lemon Pepper
Roasted Garlic & Herb
Salt
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the fettuccine to it
and cook for 9-11 minutes. Stir occasionally. When done, drain and set aside. While
you heat up your water, in a large skillet add 3 tablespoons of butter and heat
on medium-high. When the butter has melted add your shrimp and season with garlic
powder, lemon pepper, salt, and roasted garlic & herb. Cook the shrimp
until the bottom side is pink and flip over. Lightly season again and cook
until the internal temperature is 145° Fahrenheit. Add the alfredo sauce to the
skillet and heat on a medium heat. Stir it around so the butter gets incorporated
in it. Once that is hot you are ready to plate the meal. Place your pasta on
the plate and top with the alfredo and shrimp. Enjoy!
