Chicken Tacos
Today I’ve got a super easy and budget-friendly recipe for
you. Ground chicken tacos with some awesome toppings. These tacos are perfect
for busy nights when you need something quick and delicious. With chicken being
a lean protein, these are a good alternative to beef tacos. The avocado and
spinach are perfect toppings because they offer nutrition. This is an overall
great meal that should be a staple in your apartment or house. Just stop by Giant or Weis to get your ingredients.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1Lb Ground Chicken
1 Packet of Old El Paso Chicken Taco Seasoning
Tortillas
Daisy Sour Cream
Kraft Triple Cheddar Shredded Cheese
Avocado
Spinach
Subway Italian Dressing
Instructions:
Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until
it’s no longer pink. Get a ¼ Cup of water and mix it with the taco seasoning in
the skillet with the chicken. Stir well. Warm tortillas in a skillet or
microwave. Layer your taco sour cream first, meat next, cheese, then avocado
slices, spinach, and finish with Italian dressing. Serve and enjoy.
